shipping & returns
SHIPPING/ RETURN POLICY
-We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $9 for ALL orders unless stated differently. (pickup is free).
-We ship USPS First Class & UPS with delivery being 2-10 days business depending on location. We ship UPS on larger orders that require a box.
-Please allow 1-7 business days from the original order date for processing. Holiday Season is from November 1st- January 31st which means that our sales volume has increased and our current shipping timeframe is averaging about 5-10 business processing days. Please be patient as we get your order processed during our busy time of the year, we appreciate your business and wish you all " Happy Holidays"!
- PRE ORDERS- successfully placed preorders take anywhere from 15-28 business days this does not include weekends or Holidays. Preorders are subject to delays and unforeseen events in which we will then communicate this with you via your email address that you provided us during the purchase.
ALL preorders are FINAL SALE- no returns, exchanges, store credit, by purchasing a preorder item, you agree to these terms.
-Successfully placed orders will receive an email receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for information.
-We do NOT ship to PO boxes.
-Once your order has been shipped/processed, you will receive an email with your tracking.
-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and shipped.
-Please make sure you enter your correct address at time of checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please email mashboutique2019@gmail.com ASAP. There is no guarantee the address will be changed in time, in that case the customer will have to pay an additional $8 to reship to the correct address.
RETURN POLICY
-All returns are eligible for store credit only, no refunds.
-Preorders are final sale- no refunds, store credit, or exchange.
-Merchandise must be returned or postmarked within 10 days of purchase, in its original condition.
-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and tags attached.
-Customer MUST print, fill out, and include a Return Form in their package.
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
-Any items that are sent back to us and are not within our return policy standards, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

DAMAGED ITEMS
-All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. Please email mashboutique2019@gmail.com
-Email must contain full name and order number with your question.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Store credit will be processed between 3-5 business days.
